By the end of this guide, you'll have a personal Activity Theme Library — a growing collection of complete activity packages (ideas, discussion prompts, trivia questions, and craft suggestions) organized by month, season, and theme. You build it once; you use it year after year.
What you'll need
- A free ChatGPT account at chatgpt.com
- A Google Drive folder or Word folder to save your theme packages
- About 2 hours to build your initial library (12 monthly packages)
- Time needed: 2 hours upfront; then 5 minutes/month to use

Step 1: Create a folder for your library
On your computer, create a folder called "Activity Theme Library." Inside, create 12 subfolders — one for each month. You'll save theme packages here as Word documents or Google Docs.
